Gluten-Free Diet:

This month is about watching my gluten intake. Below I have written about my promotional progress with Social Media Engagement on Face Book.

Blog about some objectives and causes.

WHAT IS GLUTEN?

Gluten is the normal proteins in wheat that make dough elastic.

Where did Gluten come from?

It is found in rye, barley and possibly oat.

People who are affected?

Individuals affected with Celiac disease, also know as Celiac Sprue disease, or gluten-sensitive Enteropathy must avoid gluten to prevent gastrointestinal symptoms and possible intestinal damage.”

Underlined Symptoms:

  • Recurring abdominal
  • bloating and pain
  • chronic diarrhea
  • weight loss
  • anemia
  • bone pain fatigue

NOTE: In children and infants

  • Delay growth
  • Failure to thrive

These days, you can find a variety of gluten-free diet that will dramatically improve your health.

What foods contain gluten?

  • bread and pasta, soy sauce and beets.

Gluten-Free Carbs:

  • buckwheat
  • rice flour
  • flax crackers
  • rice or corn pasta
  • Waffle made with potato starch

My Take:

I believe that a gluten-free diet can be helpful if you have been diagnosed with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Since I am a skeptic, I tend to cut wheat from my diet totally.

“By given wheat may cure type 2 diabetes, asthma and the proliferation of products containing wheat are mostly to blame for the Obesity Epidemic.”

Final Say:

Dr. Davis’s Program resembles other low-carbohydrate diets that emphasize, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts and vegetables.”

Bowl Minestrone Soup, 1 cup

Sliced canned peaches 1 half cup

1 bottle water

Baked Turkey, 2 Pieces

sweet Potatoes Strips

1 cup red wine

1 bottle water
