New Month, New Goals

 

NEW GOALS

In November, I finished up my 20 days Progress. My objective is to continue on my journey at HEALTHY FOOD CHOICE. I want to take my journey to another level as I obtain more success in the area of Health and Longevity.

Goal 1. Eat more green vegetables

Goal 2. Drink plenty of water/ 8 glasses a day

Goal 3. Exercise Daily

Goal 4. Go Gluten Free

 

Vegan symbol with green leafsI realize that this is going to be a challenge for me, but I will do it. Last month I made a little progress, I lost 2 pounds.

Over the past few days while resting, was working on my strategy for TheMonth of December.
