Summary Of My Healthy Food Choice
GET RID OF THE OLD AND BRING IN THE NEW
HEALTHY FOOD CHOICE:
Today, I want to share with you a healthy future diet plan and how I am going to accomplish my ultimate goal. Of course, I realize that this will not happen overnight, but with the right intentions, this can be done.
1. My raw foods diets___which consist of plant-based foods in their natural, uncooked state.
2. Vegetable juice raw food. Squeezed fresh juice, Three glasses per day.
3. Fresh oranges and grapefruit for juicing.
4. Eight Glasses of fresh drinking water daily.
5. A variety of mixed vegetables and fruits.
6. Add a variety of colorful vegetables and fruit to my daily diet. Steamed or stir-fried.
7. Colorful veggies and fruit. Eat them raw or steamed.
8. Include raw salmon with my favorite spices and herbs. Three times weekly.
9. Tasty grilled salmon with a squeezed lemon juice.
10. Servings of calamari with a squeeze of lemon juice.
11..Baked chicken and brown rice with sliced baked fruits
12. A serving of black bass fish seasoned with onions
